I have been obtaining the best home loans for my clients for the last 11 years and I can safely say that if it is possible to get a loan, I will find it for you, whatever your circumstances.
If it is not possible I’ll tell you, and you won’t waste your time.
These days it’s getting harder and harder to get a loan approved.
But don’t worry, I’ve seen times much worse that this and as I said before if there’s a way, I’ll find it for you.
I decided not to write a lot of the same information on interest rates and equity loans and things like that because you can find that information anywhere. Instead I have written a short ebook on how to get the best home loan which you’ll see below.

What you need to know, however, is that although the information I wrote was accurate at the time it was written, banks change their criteria almost daily, so any specific information can become quickly outdated.
Some things I have written for example my e-book on how to choose the best home loan will always be relevant to you, just the numbers have changed.
Bear in mind that I have written these things, because a lot people just want to browse and get general information only.
I could try to update things every day to make sure everything is completely relevant all the time, and to be honest I do add things from time to time.
